- Gringoo Sagl, having its headquarters in Via G. Calgari, 2 – CH – 6900 Lugano, is authorized to collect User’s personal data (such as name, surname, email address, etc.) provided by the User self during the registration, as well as those derived from visits and surfing on the web site www.Gringoo.ch The personal data collected are used in accordance with the dispositions of the Federal Act on Data Protection dated 19 June 1992.
- Personal data provided by the User are considered confidential. They will be transfer to third parties only with the prior express authorization of the User or if the disclosure would be necessary to identify, legal summon or prosecution in case of violation of Gringoo or third-party rights, in particular if the User consider the Web Site as a mean to spread information or content forbidden by the present conditions.
