  1. Gringoo Sagl, having its headquarters in Via G. Calgari, 2 – CH – 6900 Lugano, is authorized to collect User\u2019s personal data (such as name, surname, email address, etc.) provided by the User self during the registration, as well as those derived from visits and surfing on the web site <\/span>www.Gringoo.ch<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 The personal data collected are used in accordance with the dispositions of the Federal Act on Data Protection dated 19 June 1992.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Personal data provided by the User are considered confidential. They will be transfer to third parties only with the prior express authorization of the User or if the disclosure would be necessary to identify, legal summon or prosecution in case of violation of Gringoo or third-party rights, in particular if the User consider the Web Site as a mean to spread information or content forbidden by the present conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. User agrees, however, that it is not possible to guarantee an absolute security during data transfer on the Internet. As a consequence, personal data are disclosed under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User self and Gringoo cannot be held responsible for any problems related to the transmission of data by the User, in particular in the event of data loss or hacking by a third party.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Gringoo has the right to treat personal data for:<\/span>\n

    • Supplying the required services,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • providing information and\/or sending communications regarding the service<\/span><\/li>\n
    • facing all necessary accounting and tax requirements,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n

    • providing information and\/or offers on the services Gringoo Sagl and\/or its affiliates and\/or subsidiaries, as well as commercial partners and outsourcers, considered to be interesting for the user, not that it determines the transfer of personal data to third parties,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • verifying the quality of services offered, also offering after-sales services,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • sending advertising communications and information about its own products and initiatives and those of third parties,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • satisfying market surveys and statistics, marketing and preferences on products and services,<\/span><\/li>\n
    • \u00a0protecting Gringoo\u2019s rights in court.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Managing its own relations with web site\u2019s users in order to guarantee control and regularity against potential abuses\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Gringoo Sagl reserves the right to collect, process and analyze personal data for research and statistics purposes (number and frequency of site\u2019s visits, numbers of visitors, type of users, page views, etc..) and to publish or transmit these data to third parties in a form that does not make them readily identifiable.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • For services offered by a third party through links available on the Web Site, the third party is the solely responsible for the collection and processing of User\u2019s personal data. In this case, Gringoo Sagl does not collect and\/or keep the data provided by the user.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • User has the right to consult its own personal data for free and to ask for corrections or cancellation if these data are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant. User who wants to pursue this claim must apply in a written form, enclosing a photocopy of an identity document to the following email address: info@gringoo.ch<\/span><\/li>\n
